Classic Pub Style Pork Pot Roast

INGREDIENTS

-6 large potatoes (16 oz)

-1/2 bag celery sticks

-1/2 or 3/4 bag carrots (approximately 16 oz)

-1 bag of shallots (8 oz)

-3 cups red wine (preferably a dry full-bodied red wine such as a Cabernet)

-2 packs of Cook House Pub Style Sauce

-2lbs of pork tenderloin

-vegetable broth (32 oz)

-sliced mushrooms (16 0z)

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop the vegetables listed above in a rustic style (usually defined by large pieces or chunks as opposed to a finer chop) and put them in a slow cooker or Instapot. Add the vegetable broth, 1 packet of sauce, and red wine along with the pork tenderloin. Use a pre-determined setting on your slow cooker/instapot of choice to cook the tenderloin and broth. Once the mixture has cooked, add the remaining one packet of the sauce to the mixture. Let it cool to a desirable temperature and serve with dinner rolls, baguettes, or any other bread of your choosing.
