Shrimp Salad
Ingredients-
2 bags of frozen deveined shrimps 12 oz each
6 Celery stalks
8 oz of Spring onions
5 tablespoon of olive oil
3 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to taste (Nota Bene: Apply pepper liberally)
Instructions
First, thaw the frozen shrimp in a large bowl of warm water for a half an hour. Then, drain the water from the thawed shrimp and transfer them to a bowl. On a cutting board, finely chop the celery and spring onions and add them to the bowl of shrimp. Add the olive oil, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in the bowl with the shrimp and vegetables. Mix thoroughly. Serve on a piece of toasted bread in an open-face Smørrebrød style sandwich or in a regular sandwich. This sandwich will taste best when consumed immediately after assembly and served fresh.
